Welcome to the IGLA London 2023 Club Registration Portal

Through this portal Club Leads will be able to register their clubs to enable their members to register later. 

All clubs must be registered through this portal before individual participants and Team Managers can register through the Sports Portal (coming soon).

The Club Lead will act as the point of contact for each club for critical information and as the first contact for clubs in the unlikely case of an emergency involving a member.

IGLA is a celebration of inclusion in aquatic sports bringing together the biggest community of LGBTQ+ and allied people for a week of entertainment, festivities and unforgettable sporting moments! We can’t wait to welcome you.

Registering your club for IGLA London 2023

IGLA London 2023 is open to all, regardless of their experience! There are no qualifying times and the event is open to all those ages 18 and over.

All those participating are required to be members of a club licensed by a World Aquatics affilated National Governing Body. If your club isn’t affiliated your members will be able to purchase a temporary Swim England membership at the point of registration.

IGLA Championships are open to all teams and individuals with no distinction based on IGLA membership, but only IGLA Affiliate teams are eligible for IGLA Trophies. If your team is not yet an IGLA Affiliated club you can select an option to be put in contact with IGLA.

Completing your registration

You need to complete the registration process in full, for your registration data to be saved and confirmed. When your registration is complete you will then receive a confirmation email.

We will process your Clubs information and inform you when your members can register on the Sports Portal.
